Kann ich um Entschädigung bewerben wenn ich keine Sichergrutel habe?

Wenn wir von medischen Grunden (Schwange, Körperfülle, Atmensprobleme) keine Sichergrutel haben, beeinflusst das nicht auf Hohe der Entschädigung vermindern. Aber wenn das nur unsere Verwahrlosung war, kann unsere Entschädigung uber ca 15-25% vermindern. Aussedrem gibt es in Britisch Recht einpar Ausnahmen,wo man nicht Sichergrutel haben muss.
